1. Return or exchange can be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving your order.
2. The product should be in untouched condition and bear no signs of use.
3. It should be packed in the original packaging and protected from damage during transportation.
4. Original receipt and a completed return or exchange form must be attached to the shipment.
5. Please send the completed form with your signature to: sklep@sofija.pl
6. In case of an exchange, indicate the name, color and size of the product you wish it to be exchanged for.
7. Sending a properly completed form is a condition for free return or exchange. On this basis, we will send information about the collection of the parcel by courier.

9. The cost of returning the goods for exchange/return shall be borne by the Buyer.
10. For your convenience and the possibility of claiming the shipped goods, please send us returns or exchanges with a confirmation of shipment. Without a shipment confirmation and in case of loss Buyer has no possibility to claim the shipment.
11. We will refund your payment within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the return form and the product. Refund will be sent to the bank account number provided in the form.
12. We will exchange the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the exchange form and the product. Desired product(s) will be sent to the address provied in the form.
